Parish Operations Manager
Holy Apostles is seeking a mission-driven, highly organized leader to serve as Parish Operations Manager. This key role functions as the principal operational leader of the parish and a trusted partner to the Pastor, ensuring that the day-to-day life of the parish runs smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities include oversight of human resources, financial stewardship, facilities and project management, conflict resolution, and overall parish operations. Working closely with the Pastor, the Parish Operations Manager translates pastoral vision into clear, actionable plans — freeing the Pastor to focus on spiritual leadership and pastoral care.
